    • How quickly can you fill a staffing need?

      In almost all cases, AMS can fill your staffing requirements with highly qualified candidates within 24 to 48 hours. Sometimes, in an emergency staffing situation, AMS can fill your needs within only a few hours. To help speed up the process, please pre-register by filling out the form on the “Your Needs” page.

    • What geographic areas do you cover?

      AMS’ current service area is the entire State of Florida with a main concentration on staffing services in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

    • Do you have your own contract?

      Yes we do.

    • Can you sign our contract?

      Yes we can, after reviewing it first and including any addendum if needed.

    • If we need therapists, what would the process be?

      AMS would require all the normal referral information, name, contact info, SOC date, certified period or authorization date range, Medicare insurance, Service needed (PT or OT), number of visits approved with date range, diagnosis, agency, and contact person approving the service request.

    • Do you coordinate the Assessment visits required by Medicare?

      Yes we do. We will assign the 30-day assessment visit, as well as the 13th and the 19th visit.


    • What is your hiring process?

      Our staff and employees go through a thorough, rigorous, and in-depth screening process consisting of:

      • A Comprehensive Interview, licensure/certification verification and background checks at Level 2 FDLE.
      • All employees must be trained and current in HIPAA and CPR
      • All employees must be fully bonded and insured
      • All confidentiality agreements must signed and on file
      • Reference letters must be presented and confirmation of references must be established

    • Is your staff insured?

      Yes, every staff member provided has comprehensive liability insurance coverage

    • Do you have up-to-date HR files for your staff?

      Yes, we maintain comprehensive HR files on our staff and they are available to our clients at anytime.

    • Do your PT’s and OT’s treat the client?

      Generally, our PT’s and OT’s do the evaluations, assessments, and discharges. Our PTA’s and OTA’s normally treat the clients.


    • What do you charge for Staffing?

      AMS delivers value and cost efficiency to all its healthcare clients. We do, however, provide the most competitive pricing structure to be found anywhere. Rates depend upon the number of staff members needed, the duty expected of them and the experience required of each.

    • Does payment go to the agency or directly to the staff?

      All payments are made directly to AMS. We have established a safe and comprehensive payroll process for our staff.

    • What is your billing process?

      We print out our invoices weekly and send them to our clientsby post, fax, or email, whichever method is required or most convenient for them.
